Tender description
De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken (incl. schoonmaak) en ontstoringen aan 74 liften, verspreid over verschillenden gebouwen behorende tot het patrimonium van Woonmaatschappij Vivus bv. Deze opdracht omvat de volgende diensten: 1. Het afsluiten van een beperkt omnium onderhoudscontract voor het uitvoeren van technische onderhouds- en herstellingswerken en ontstoringen aan 74 lifteninstallaties behorend tot het patrimonium van Woonmaatschappij Vivus bv. 2. Verhelpen opmerkingen op de periodieke keuringsverslagen. 3. Het uitvoeren van een jaarlijkse, grondige schoonmaak.
