Voorwerp van het onderhoudscontract: De opdracht omvat, gedurende een periode van 1 jaar, per jaar verlengbaar tot maximum 4 jaar, startend bij dag van aanvang der werken: • Preventief onderhoud van de volledige HVAC & sanitair • Depannage aan deze installaties • Vervanging van versleten onderdelen van deze installaties
