Udbuddet omhandler bygherrerådgivning. Ordregiver forventer at opgaven kommer til at koste omkring 2 mio. DKK. Holbæk Kommune ønsker at etablere et nyt børnehus i Tølløse til erstatning for Børnehuset Solgården. Projektet er på nuværende tidspunkt for udbuddet i en programmerings- og afklaringsfase. Der foreligger et betydeligt projekt- og undersøgelsesgrundlag, som den vindende tilbudsgiver skal anvende i deres arbejder.
