Tender description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Produktion der täglich anfallenden Geschäftspost E+1/2 (soweit eine zentrale Produktion aus organisatorischen Gründen sinnvoll erscheint) sowie diverser Sondermailings. Die Tagespost umfasst sowohl Individualbriefe als auch Batchbriefe. Der Druckdatenstrom für die Tagespost wird über ein zentrales Output-Management-System erzeugt und über eine vom zukünftigen Druckdienstleister bereitgestellte Datenleitung auf einen gesicherten Server des Druckdienstleisters übertragen. Das jährliche Produktionsvolumen beläuft sich auf ca. 2.100.000 Seiten DIN A4 und ca. 610.000 Briefsendungen. Beförderungsleistungen, insbesondere Briefpostdienstleistungen, sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens.
