SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Auf der Belegenheit Leuschnerstraße 13 wird eine neue Stadtteilschule mit Dreifeldsporthalle gebaut. Die Erstellung von ca. 11.000 m² Gebäudefläche mit Räumen für den allgemeinen Unterricht, Fachräumen, Verwaltungs- und Gemeinschaftsflächen und einer Mensa ist geplant. --------------- Hier: Estrich --------------- Estricharbeiten Elastomerbitumen-Schweißbahn: ca. 2300 m² Abdichtung aus Weich-PVC-Folie: ca. 120 m² Ausgleichsdämmschicht: ca. 7500 m² Trittschalldämmung: ca. 3100 m² Zementestrich auf Dämm- und Trennlage: ca 1800 m² Heizestrich: ca 6900 m² Verbundestrich: ca 120 m² Ausbildung Fugen: ca. 900 m
