This procurement is for HRIS capability and associated implementation and integration services; it is not seeking a second ERP platform or a replacement for Oracle Fusion. The proposed HRIS must integrate with Oracle Fusion to support the secure and reliable exchange of relevant finance, employee, organisational, cost-centre and approved time data.<br>This procurement forms part of Earth Sciences NZ’s ongoing organisational integration following the merger of GNS Science and NIWA and supports preparation for the future integration of MetService and the Measurement Standards Laboratory. As the organisation continues to evolve, Earth Sciences NZ requires a scalable, secure and sustainable platform capable of supporting a growing and increasingly diverse workforce.<br>Earth Sciences NZ currently operates a range of people, payroll, onboarding, reporting and workforce management processes.
