Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de gemeente een opdrachtnemer te contracteren die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de uitvoering van de betreffende onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Daarbij hecht de gemeente veel waarde aan maatschappelijke meerwaarde, in het bijzonder het bieden van werkgelegenheid en ontwikkelmogelijkheden aan mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt (hierna: de doelgroep). de totale geraamde waarde van de opdracht bedraagt €11.454.529, -
