De opdracht gaat over het houden van overzicht en het zorgdragen voor matching op alle vormen van verblijf en gezinshuiszorg met uitzondering van pleegzorg en JeugdzorgPlus. De netwerkfunctie bestaat uit vier samenhangende onderdelen: - het zorgdragen van een actueel regionaal overzicht - zorginhoudelijke onderbouwde matching - regionale signalering en advisering - netwerkcoördinatie dmv actief contact met relevante partners
