De primaire behoefte van DNB betreft de inhuur van communicatieprofessionals voor voornamelijk detachering (op basis van een inspanningsverplichting) en, indien daaraan behoefte bestaat, resultaatgerichte Adviesopdrachten. Het gaat om de rollen van communicatieadviseur, redacteur en woordvoerders ter tijdelijke versterking van de afdeling Communicatie op medior en senior niveau. De inzet kan plaatsvinden ten behoeve van projectmatige werkzaamheden, piekbelasting of tijdelijke vervanging van medewerkers. De professionals verrichten hun werkzaamheden onder aansturing van DNB en maken gedurende de opdracht onderdeel uit van het betreffende organisatieonderdeel.
