1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia jest zamówieniem prowadzonym w częściach i obejmuje 7 pakietów. Oferta dla swojej ważności w danym pakiecie musi być złożona na wszystkie pozycje. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert na pozycje w ramach pakietu. Zamawiający określił szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki bezwzględnie wymagane, które muszą zostać spełnione przez oferowany przedmiot zamówienia w treści załącznika nr 2 oraz we wzorze umowy .
