Project Background Brandon Town Council invites firm priced tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide tender preparation, contract administration and associated professional services for the development of a new municipal cemetery. West Suffolk County Council Planning Application Reference: DC/25/1445/FUL. Site: Cemetery, Manor Road, Brandon, Suffolk. Development includes change of use from agricultural land to a new municipal cemetery, creation of vehicular and pedestrian access arrangements, and construction of entrance walls and gates. Progression beyond Phase 1 will be subject to the outcome of a public consultation process and the Council securing appropriate funding.
