Sweden – Building installation work – Ramavtal solcellsentreprenad 2027
Tender description
Ramavtalet avser totalentreprenader för komplett installation av solceller på befintliga hustak, där solcellentreprenören själv driver hela entreprenaden som generalentreprenör för totalentreprenaden. Solcellerna kommer att installeras på husbyggnader som framför allt inrymmer verksamheter som skola, förskola, vård- och omsorgsboende och boende med särskild service samt eventuella specialfastigheter i beståndet. Entreprenaderna genomförs vanligen med ordinarie verksamhet pågående i byggnaderna. Med ramavtalen som grund kommer avrop att göras för varje uppdrag, där omfattning och övriga förutsättningar preciseras. Antalet entreprenader under avtalstiden beräknas till ca 10-25 per år. Storlek på anläggningarna varierar uppskattningsvis mellan ca. 30 – 200 kWp
