The Growth Company ITT for Training Providers for the Growth Hub Network Adviser Framework

Tender description

The Growth Company, as National Coordinator for the Growth Hub Network in England, has been asked by the Business Growth Service (part of the Department for Business Innovation Science and Trade) to develop an initial targeted national training programme for Growth Hub advisers to strengthen network capabilities and increase consistency. The Growth Company is seeking to establish a small Framework of training providers to deliver training to Growth Hub Network Advisers across England targeting 6 key specialist topics. The value of activity under this framework is estimated up to £250,000 inclusive of VAT until 31st March 2027, we are unable to estimate the value of any possible extension. The maximum value of the training modules contained in this tender inclusive of VAT are as follows: 1) Consultative Skills Insights and Practice (£45k). 2) Harnessing Action Learning Facilitation Skills (£60k). 3) Account Management Best Practice (£33k). 4) Maximising Mentoring Practice and Skills (£55k). 5) Agile Marketing and Social Communications/Social Media Marketing Skills (£11k). 6) Building Inclusive Engagement Capabilities (£46k). Training providers selected to deliver this training, will be identified and prioritised through a network wide survey of skills and experience, designed to help stream and inform discussions with Growth Hubs about the distribution of training as part of an initial first wave of training to March 2027. We are looking for providers with proven delivery experience and comprehensive subject matter expertise for each topic and therefore seek to minimise applications across multiple lots.
